Privacy notice

Applies to the ThesisRay private beta request form. Last updated 10 September 2026.

Who is responsible

Selim Kaya, project owner of ThesisRay, is responsible for the information collected through this form. Questions about it can be sent to beta@thesisray.com.

Why we collect it

We collect these details for one purpose: to review applications for the ThesisRay private beta and to contact you about your application. Every application is reviewed manually by the project owner. Submitting the form registers your interest only — it does not guarantee access to the beta and does not create a ThesisRay account.

What we collect

  • Your first and last name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your country.
  • Your written answer about how you would use ThesisRay.
  • Your LinkedIn profile URL, only if you choose to provide it.
  • The date and time your application was submitted.

A LinkedIn link is optional context for that manual review. We do not scrape profiles, and we do not treat an application as identity-verified.

Marketing

Submitting this form does not sign you up for a newsletter or any other marketing. If we later offer marketing emails, we will ask separately.

Who can see it

Applications are stored privately and are not publicly readable. Only the ThesisRay owner account can open the review area. Our hosting and database provider processes the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

If your application is unsuccessful, we delete it within 6 months of the decision. If you are offered a place in the beta, we keep your application for as long as you take part in the programme.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your application, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to beta@thesisray.com. We respond to these requests within 30 days.
